Recorded in Brooklyn at Gary's Electric studio over the course of a month, Peaking Lights consider their new album "Lucifer" a nocturnal version of their uniquely eclectic sound. Heavier and more rhythmic, elements of analogue dance music, sound collage and straight up pop now join the dub, krautrock and minimal house influences that made their acclaimed "936" such a richly immersive trip. "Lo Hi", a loved up odyssey of a track, is the first single from "Lucifer" and is set for releaseon 11th June via Weird World. "Lucifer" follows a week later, on 18th June.
Peaking Lights will also be playing a couple of UK and Ireland dates in June.
