So lands the pitch for ‘Play Hard Fuck Hard’ by Dolorez Haze, in which we also learn that the Swedish trio have been making waves after they ‘fired shots at the overly male-dominated music industry with single ‘Banana’ based around the recent #MeToo movement’.
Following recent experiences, I’m going to keep my commentary to a minimum here. Suffice it to say it’s neither punky nor guitar, moving further from the band’s roots to follow the more electro-based sound of its predecessor.

However, the vibe is very different, and substitutes outspoken angularity for smooth lines. It might not get much mainstream radio play with the title also being the refrain, but it’s got lighter-waving anthem written all over it.
