Monday 8 February 2010 - The month of March will be rockin’ as Hard Rock International hosts March on Stage presents STREET2 SANCTUARY, a global live music series. Throughout the month of March, Hard Rock Cafes in North America and Europe will present live concerts, with performances by today’s hottest musicians and bands. On Monday 22 March, Hard Rock Cafe London will host exclusive performances from JAMES WALSH (STARSAILOR) (solo acoustic) and ARNO CARSTENS. Tickets are on sale NOW via www.ticketweb.co.uk priced at £20.
Committed to its “Love All, Serve All” creed, Hard Rock will donate proceeds from its March on Stage presents STREET2SANCTUARY events to The Bombay Teen Challenge (BTC), an organization committed to improving conditions for women and children involved in prostitution and poor communities in Mumbai, India.
STREET2SANCTUARY wristbands will be on sale at all European Hard Rock Cafes from 8 February. Epiphone, a division of Gibson Guitar Corp, is providing guitars, which will be signed by a variety of artists and raffled off to lucky fans, with all proceeds benefiting The Bombay Teen Challenge.

Arno Carstens is a multli award-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist from Cape Town, South Africa. During his career as the lead singer of The Springbok Nude Girls and subsequently as a solo artist, Arno has released 7 studio albums, had 18 top ten singles, won 5 South African Music Awards and shared the stage with the likes of INXS, R.E.M, Metallica, The Rolling Stones, The Police, and Simple Minds. He has just been confirmed as support on the forthcoming Ultravox tour. Arno’s first single in the UK, ‘Dreamer’ is released on February 15th and he releases his new album Wonderful Wild on 26 April.
James Walsh is the front man to the critically acclaimed Starsailor, who have sold more than 3 million albums since their 2001 debut album Love Is Here. Since then they have grown a legion of fans through their amazing live performances. In the last two years Starsailor have toured the world including supporting the Rolling Stones, The Police, U2 and The Killers.
James has recently started working on his own solo material and is excited to be back in the studio.
