With a room fulla fine pickers and orchestral players, Cory Hanson proclaims Love People! An archetype and a true original, Lou Reed liked to laugh and he loved people, too. Cory teases out his heroic traits on "Lou Reed" with a widescreen Hollywood orchestration, garnished by a persistent NYC saxophone that betrays all heartbreaking intentions. Cory's lyrics, forming haiku-like images, land with an elegy: "You were a prince and a fighter / and you were a tai chi master." Lulu woulda loved it.
I Love People is out July 25th, with a US tour trailin' right after!
