If I'm being completely honest, I'm not a massive 80's pop fan. If it's not 80's metal, hair metal or punk I probably wouldn't be that interested. When I was approached and asked to review a "fresh new take on an 80's classic" (or something along those lines), I was almost dreading it. The thing is, I think the fact that I was dreading listening to it made it so much sweeter.
Although the stunning Jezzi moans and groans a bit too much during the intro, the intro is overall catchy. Lots of claps, beats and synth that successfully get you in the mood. Jezzi's vocals are flawless, to be honest. There are no moments where you're left wondering who taught her to sing and whether they still have their job and you're not left wanting to scratch at your ears to make it stop. So that's a plus. Clixx also does a cracking job, his rapping is clean and clear, not a mumble or stumble in sight. I like this part too as it helps give- what otherwise could have ended up a quite 90's track- a more modern feel.

In conclusion, I have to say, it's a fabulous track. I honestly didn't think I'd like it as I'm not a great fan of anything without a guitar but this is a great song.
