Review: 'Saints of Bliss'
'Don’t Hide Your Love'

-  Genre: 'Pop' -  Release Date: '30th January 2014'

Our Rating:
Saints of Bliss describe themselves as an ‘Introspective Pop/Punk/Rock melodic 3 piece outfit’. Well, perhaps that sort of covers what they do. ‘Don’t Hide Your Love’ is… lame. Generic. Punk-pop with pleading vocals where the singer pines about how he’d happily spend his life waiting for the object of his desire and how he hears her calling him in his sleep. Wo-oh-oh-oh.

I’m sure for some this level of devotion is impressive and considered sweet. But any sane person over the age of 15 would recognise these as worryingly obsessive behaviours, pathetic at best and indicative of stalkerish sociopathy at worst. Similarly, any sane person over the age of 15 would recognise that this is as far from punk as you can get.
