Vocal trio THE FRANKS have released a hard hitting pop soul track. The debut single 'Lies' has a warm rich vibe, a catchy pop drumbeat and smooth soulful vocals. It's a fantastic combination from Kaleb, Jon and Tane who have drawn influences in their sound from pop soul grooves such as Duffy and Amy Winehouse. Front man in the single, Kaleb brings the emotion alive in the lyrics which are about a toxic previous relationship Kaleb was involved in, but also how there's a passion he feels for her still.
An absolute winner, I highly recommend this single.
