Review: 'Persian Leaps, The'
'Maybe Time Will Let Me Forget You'

-  Label: 'Land Ski Music/Bandcamp'
-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '16.8.22.'

Our Rating:
This is the first single from The Persian leaps forthcoming Machines For Living ep. The Persian Leaps revolve around the talents of Drew Forsberg and come from St Paul Minnesota.

Maybe Time Will Let Me Forget has the sort of classic power pop sound for an autumnal hit, which as it's a cover of the 1967 release by The Coachmen is not unexpected. For those that don't remember The Coachmen they were one of Dan Fogelberg's earliest bands, this has cool harmonies and ringing guitars as they try to forget what ails them, as they stroll in the Autumnal or should that be fall rain. This cover is fuller sounding than the original and is rather catchy.
