Golden Days is the first single from Billy Reeves solo album Nostalgia Of The Future that's due out in March 2023. Of course, Billy is best known as songwriter and guitarist in Theaudience and Congregation and playing drums in Blow up.
Golden Days is telling you to keep moving forwards and to avoid looking back to those Golden Days too much as they kind of don't exist, yet Billy is the sort of musician who can look back to his Golden Days in TheAudience and the Congregation or playing for Blow Up, maybe even play a reunion tour or two.
This is super sophisticated power Pop with catchy as can be lyrics that in the break downs have echoes of early Bowie. It has a Radio edit version for the more sensitive souls among you to get properly misty eyed too.
