Review: 'Jebb'
'Parachute/ We've All Got Bikes No Cars'

-  Label: 'Robo Jack Records/Bandcamp'
-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '3.11.22.'

Our Rating:
This is the latest ep from Jebb the 23-year-old musician from Prospect Connecticut.

The Ep opens with Parachute featuring Emilly Ewing and A. Michael Collins on an indie pop song that's searching for A Parachute, a soft landing from a tumultuous relationship as it falls apart.

We All Got Bikes And No Cars Feat. Shane Stanton it's a rather slight song that comes from a generation with a totally different perspective to the one I came from, where we all wanted cars, to be able to drive everywhere, this is from the car free generation, while sounding like soft rock schlock that passes me by.

The ep has two bonus tunes the first is a cover is On Time (Boogie Man Cover) a mainly acoustic take on a song that sounds like it ought to have a dark grunge backing, as he tries desperately to get the girl.

The second bonus tune is Realign from the Post Trampolined Emotions album, this is a spare acoustic song full of pain and rejection as you try to convince yourself everything's all right when it clearly isn't.
