Review: 'Push Puppets'
'This Whole Endeavour'

-  Label: 'Flowering Tree Music'
-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '5.3.25.'

Our Rating:
This Whole Endeavour is the second single from Push Puppets new album Tethered Together that's out in May. The Chicago based 5-piece are Erich Specht, Kyle Magnusson, John William Lauler, Greg Essig and Tommi Zender, it was produced by Dougie McBride and Erich Specht at Gravity studios.

This Whole Endeavour is soft almost hushed indie pop that almost feels like it should be a Scottish band, a little bit Postcard a little bit Creeping Bent Organisation, this five piece are floating off while making sure to keep things nice and restrained, while trying to win her back, with what sounds like some backwards guitar to accompany a dumpster fire.

The B-side or first single All Together On 3 has them watching a great white shark heading toward the beach, things have gone strange on the shores of lake Michigan, this gently evocative indie tune draws you into the drama.
