Review: 'MODERN AMERICAN SCIENCE'
'WHERE PIECES JOIN(WHERE THEY FALL APART) (EP)'

-  Label: 'Self-Released'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: 'April 2006'

Our Rating:
London-based Modern American Science are Martin, Darren, James and Alex and together they form a band who play gentle, yearning melodic tunes with passionate, expressive vocals.

The band have earned quite a reputation for themselves on Myspace, unsurprisingly too, with their newest single ‘Where
Pieces Join’ being a beautiful mellow tune backed by soaring piano harmonies and the rattle of snare drums. The other two tracks on their mini debut EP are just as strong; fresh, bright melancholy song- with influences such as Tom McRae and Spiritualized coming through from time to time. Definitely well worth checking out!
