Well, this is certainly one for the kids. A high octane, punk (not proper punk though) and rap (not proper rap either) medley, typically churned out by white, middle class Fratsters up and down the States (circa Blink 182, etc).
‘Broadcast to the World” should be the soundtrack to Extreme Sports or those horrid programmes where people voluntarily throw themselves into baths of acid and drink dog piss for kicks. Or any blockbuster generic action-packed film – you know the sort, anything containing Tom Cruise, US fighter jets, babes with guns, and large explosions.

Yes, the ZEBRAHEAD album should be the soundtrack to any or all of the above. Soundtrack to my valuable and peaceful afternoons filled with birdsong and the wind gently blowing through the trees, it is not.
Ali Tabatabaee (vocals) sings: “I’m feeling like my heart’s been carved out with a spoon” [Back to Normal] – well, replace the word “heart” with “head” and you’re left with a very accurate description of how I felt after listening to their album.
