Review: 'Juliette & The Licks'
'Sticky Honey'

-  Label: 'Hassle Records'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '20.11.2006'-  Catalogue No: 'HOFFO21CDS'

Our Rating:
This is the second single from the band’s second LP “Four On The Floor” (which charted at No.4 in the Independent Labels Charts). Sticky Honey is a rambunctious upbeat good time dirty rock hit. Juliette Lewis says “This is about the relationship between men and women, and the metaphor is Stick Honey – something sweet and good, but complicated, The Lyrics are a little abstract, they mean something to me but they’ll mean something different for everybody”. This single is a perfect burst of energy to start a great night out, it’s chorus will stick in your head and put a smile on your face! Juliette’s movie star credentials shouldn’t deter anyone from buying this band’s records. They are fantastic.
