The Decoys (formally known as K2) are the relatively new act from Sussex. For the last three years they have been creating some good old rock! Their latest release they have brought forward for us is their great ep ‘Songs About Girls’.
A little bit about the Decoys themselves…
With a win at the Miller Unsigned Battle of the Bands competition, the band has made a real success as a result. They were flown over to LA, and attended the American music awards, which led into better things. Radio stations really picked up on these boys and I can tell why!
Back to ‘Songs About Girls’, the ep allows you to feel a real sense of involvement and leaves you wanting to press play once at the end of the 5 tracks! Tailing off with ‘You and You Alone’ shows the bands diversity and I am excited to see where these guys go next!
