Review: 'FUTURE OF THE LEFT'
'Adeadenemyalwayssmellsgood'

-  Label: 'Too Pure (www.futureoftheleft.com)'
-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: '4th June 2007 (7" & download)'-  Catalogue No: 'PURE203'

Our Rating:

FUTURE OF THE LEFT’S second single for Too Pure is a real sledgehammer blow! The stick-tapping intro soon buckles as a powerful, kicking monster-riff lurches into view.
Grinding and brutal, with insane lyrics and a celebratory feel of general abandon, there’s something evangelical deep within, but there’s a no-holds-barred attitude to general noise that means that this thumping tune is definitely not for the faint-hearted.

It’s backed with a real high-plains-drifter, ‘March Of The Coupon Saints’, a gentler track that reveals the full mental (strait)jacket horror of the mantra-driven vocals on offer from this drooling trio of crazies.

Future of the Left? This is musical drug psychosis mate!
