Review: 'HELLO OPERATOR'
'LEAVE IT ALONE'

-  Genre: 'Indie' -  Release Date: '26th November 2007'

Our Rating:
Oh to be sixteen again. This song sounds great to a twenty-five year old, but to a sixteen year old it must be the most exciting thing in the world. Hello Operator have followed up on the annoyingly catchy 'Song About Ping Pong' with something quite different. It's still punk-pop, but it's by no means just more of the same. This is more of a lively straightforward pop number, with a killer chorus and something both child-like and diva-ish in the vocals. It's not over-produced, which it could have been, and musically, they're a tight little punk-rock band.

Vibrant and energetic, if you're young enough not to feel a bit daft in a mosh pit, get yourselves down to see this band. They're just gonna be awesome.
