Review: 'JACKSON, STACEY'
'Upside Down'

-  Genre: 'Rock' -  Release Date: 'February 2010'

Our Rating:
Who would have thought an album of Motown covers with a classic rock sound performed by a Canadian mother of 4 and a host of young kids would work? But it does!

Upside Down is the new album from 'Soccer mom, rocker mom' Stacey Jackson who has produced an impressive and fun album containing rocky covers of the likes of Band of Gold, and Heard it Through the Grapevine and has the personality and voice to really do them justice! What's more interesting is she has produced the album with young people from across the country from the leading charity Music for Youth and all proceeds will be going back to the charity.

Stacey Jackson, who recently topped a poll for Greatest Rock Mums of all time, seems to have the whole package- a great voice, the look of a fabulous diva and a collection of hit songs that are working to really raise the profile of a fantastic charity.
