It's rare that I'm lost for words. Besides, being lost for words doesn't exactly make for a particularly useful review. Nevertheless, I'm really not sure what to make of this. The rather tweely-titled 'Forest Green Oh Forest Green' begins with some plinky plucked strings and a skipping vocal harmony that sounds like it's been lifted straight from a children's Christmas film (and no, not because the title echoes 'Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree'). The introduction of some rolling harmonies, a shuffling beat and bursts of brass off in the distance change the complexion of things a little, and then, before you know it, it's all over.

Trying to catch the centre of this song is like trying to catch a cloud - evasive, not of concrete matter, barely tangible... I'm still trying to grapple with the crux issues or whether it's actually any good, or if I like it or really don't. It's a strange sensation, but certainly not an unpleasant one.
