Review: 'Ignition'
'Take Me There'

-  Genre: 'Rock'

Our Rating:
Ignition are one of those fine examples of a rock band that knows exactly what they want out of music and exactly how to get it across to their fans. Something in their music just begs for crowd interaction and from what we hear of their live shows this is something they’re never short of.

Take Me There makes for a ferociously Oasis-like sing-along in its short 3 minutes. It has everything from smart drumming and sophisticated electro-acoustic work right through to the seen-it-all-before-let’s-get-out-of-here weariness in lead singer Martin Rafferty's voice.

It’s a heavy hearted track most certainly for fans of 90s Indie. So if you’re looking to indulge in some solid, authentic Indie-rock, you could do a lot worse than discover these guys!
