This is a single that hits you from all angles. I'm wondering to myself, almost as a challenge to the band, what WOULD Judas do? Huh? C'mon, then, tell me, and make it good. I'm demanding like that. My initial response is, 'right, so he'd nick a bassline from The Fall, would he?' because that's what the intro sounds like.
But then before I know it, I'm caught completely off guard as the whole thing explodes into a cacophony of screaming punk and big distorted guitars and it's like being dragged out of bed, slapped round the face and shouted at while still drunk from the night before. It veers wildly from punk to grinding industrial metal touching countless bases in between via a series of unpredictable and shuddering changes of tempo and stops and starts before grinding to a halt in a squeal of feedback. It's manic, it's loud, and it's as exciting as it is unexpected.
