Upbeat and poppy, 'Sleep' sees Thomas Tantrum's Megan Thomas appropriate the 'weyeyeyall' from Lulu's 'Shout' and relocate it in guitar-based indie context.
But for all of the breeziness Megan and her hipster buddies exude, the only real selling point of the song is the stomping, bendy bass-line. Everything else is mildly irksome and ultimately rather forgettable.
