CHRIS FIELD is set to release his self-produced album 'Steel Tiger' in June 2011 and this will finally provide him with the recognition he deserves.
Mixing up Hip-hop with rock and roll guitars and throwing in a hint of psychedelic energy it allows the listener to party hard and set themselves free. 'Steel Tiger' is a perfect tribute to the mesmerising journey Chris Field has been on and he isn't afraid to proudly wear that on his sleeve.
Highlights include the electronica-tinged backbeats of 'We Want More' and 'Straight Outta London' to the trip hop sounds of '˜Raven Dub', the full on soundclash that is 'Poor Woman's Blues' and the mix of hip hop fused with rock and roll guitars that is 'Show Me The Funkin.'
Stell Tiger is released on Itunes on June 15th and if I am sure about one thing it's that Chris Field should be at the top of everyone's playlist this summer.
