Oh Jesus. As if you couldn’t guess from the name, Wasted Sinners are unreconstituted, legs akimbo, eyeliner and bandana-wearing cock rockers. Yeah, they like to rawwwwk! They not only talk the talk, citing Guns ‘n’ Roses and Motley Crue as reference points and boasting cornball pseudonyms like Roxx Hydi (Vocals), Dude Rock (Bass) and Pete Sin (Drums), but walk the walk, in that they look like a dreadful bunch of 80s throwbacks who might make third place in a G n’ f’n’R fancy dress competition on account of the fat one and sound like a band who’d make third place in a small-town hair rock battle of the bands. Dangerous it ain’t.
They have song titles like ‘I Want More’ and ‘Drugs & Angels’ and their MySpace page features a compilation of their guitar solos. They describe themselves as ‘high octane rock ‘n’ rollers’. F’n’ embarrassing would be more accurate.

As good luck would have it,I managed to catch this band at the Purple Turtle before reading this review,and found them to be a great live act.Mr Nosnibors review fails to mention that this band has a lead guitarist gaining much acclaim on the London circuit and is becoming one of Londons top rock players.Gary Dainty is his name and told me his many influences include,Joe Satriani Steve Vai Michael Schenker this was very obvious to me as i watched him play.This Album is great
