Review: 'Miniature Dinosaurs'
'Alligator'

-  Label: 'Saraseto'
-  Genre: 'Indie'

Our Rating:
With a big following in their homeland (Scotland), Miniature Dinosaurs' new single Alligator is a great introduction to a band on the rise. A schizophrenic little number, the band have drawn plaudits from BBC Radio 1, Fake DIY, and hit the road with the likes of Johnny Foreigner and Twin Atlantic. Not bad going.

Alligator follows a 7” single released earlier in 2011 that came out via Electric Honey. Musos out there will know that's the label that kick started the careers of other great Scottish bands like Belle & Sebastian, Snow Patrol and Biffy Clyro.

There's a video doing the rounds on the web right now too, which we highly recommend you get watching.
