Horse Party may hail from Bury St Edmunds, but they sound like they’re from Stateside with their blues-flavoured country-tinged alt rock. ‘Back to Mono’ has a suitably vintage feel to it, and Ellie’s vocals have just the right amount of depth and grain to punch though the stompalong musical backing. Quality, and a promising start.
